REFUND POLICY
Waiver of Withdrawal Rights with Conditional Refund Eligibility
By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery associated with the subscription. Consequently, you expressly waive any statutory right to withdraw from the Service once digital content delivery has begun, except as outlined below.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, eligibility for a refund is subject to the following conditions:
- Conditional Refund Eligibility Within 72 Hours: If you cancel within 72 hours of subscription confirmation, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that significant usage of the Service has not occurred. No Hesi reserves the right to assess the extent of usage and determine eligibility for a refund in accordance with these terms.
- Free Trial Cancellation: During the 7-day free trial period, you may cancel at any time without incurring charges. If you continue the subscription beyond the free trial, the 72-hour conditional refund window will apply.
- Post-Trial Cancellation: After the 7-day free trial, you retain the right to cancel at any time. However, cancellations made outside the 72-hour refund window will not be eligible for a refund, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
By subscribing to the Service, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms, including the waiver of statutory withdrawal rights beyond the conditions specified herein.
